The LOTT has been fortunate to experience and maintain a long-term relationship with Mr Rueda by performing multiple services across an exceptional collection of vehicles. From the very first service, Mr and Miss Forbes have been recurring clients, both now having the weekly maintenance washes to keep their vehicles looking factory new despite the adventurous activities they pursue with Mr Forbes commenting that “After a week in the sands of the Tankwa, my Defender was restored to showroom condition!”. Mr Zabow
A detail done on a 63 year old Anglia 105E, is a service, Kaelem, a member of our team, will never forget. Kaelem remembers how “the Anglia still wore its original paint, which was heavily faded from oxidation and decades of wear”. The LOTT decided on a Stage 1 polish to be more careful and respectful to the older body work. Mr Zabow, the owner of such a beauty said that The LOTT came with “enthusiasm and produced an absolutely terrific result beyond all expectations”, with “the appearance of this classic and valued car is now even better than when new in 1962”. The LOTT is incredibly happy that our service could rekindle the passion and maximise the longevity of the Anglia 105E for our client.
Mr Clrk
Our relationship with Mr Clrk is why The LOTT values our community. Mr Clrk needed a service done on his Porsche 944 and was impressed by how The LOTT “kept up to date throughout the process and really enjoyed the communication”. Mr Clrk then requested our service for a surprise restoration for his dad’s BMW 650i on his birthday. Mr Clrk called after work saying, “I am lost for words. I cannot believe how good this car looks. It looks brand new.” Our community means everything to The LOTT and we are so thankful to have been part of and help with a birthday surprise.
Bedford Family
The LOTT was enthusiastic to help out the Bedford family and deliver a service to their vehicles. Mrs Bedford’s Audi SQ5 had built-up dirt with a steering wheel that was shiny from a build-up of hand oils. The LOTT made sure to execute a finish of utmost perfection and restoration for all of the vehicles, with Mrs Bedford saying “...the attention to detail, Kaelem’s communication, and overall the whole experience was AMAZING! Thank you Kaelem - highly recommended!”. Mr Bredfords also commented about his vehicle and how “the only time in the last 8 years it looked better was when I collected it from the showroom. It feels like I have bought a new car!”. The LOTT makes sure to produce a factory-fresh finish in-order for our clients to be proud of the vehicles they drive every day.
Mr Reddi
The LOTT was able to help with a new found passion for Mr Reddi and his new GR Yaris. He told our team that he was never really into cars until he got the Yaris and now attends rallies and car events. He ordered a service as he “was concerned about some marks and specks that had appeared..”. This was because the car was parked outside which caused the vehicle to pick up a lot of contamination and small rust-like specks across the paintwork, all of which our team was able to remove completely. Mr Reddi noted that our “...knowledge and experience were evident from the start, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. In December Of 2025, The Service Done For Mr Gratch By One Of Our Team Members (Kaelem) Is Exactly The Emotional Gratitude The LOTT Tries To Achieve With Every & Any Vehicle. Mr Gratch Explained How The BMW 645Ci was a “21 Year Old” car and “came off of a truck from Joburg”. He Expressed That The Vehicle Was Delivered Back To Him With An Impression Of “Attention To Detail” That “Was Impressive”. Mr Gratch was Saddened To Hear That The LOTT Only Operates In Cape Town as he wanted to have his “family cars done back home”.
